He made it clear he didn’t want his bill changing at random when we first switched to them and then first thing they did was up the bill $10, he just shrugged it off at first. But then after a bunch of clerical errors leading to them canceling our policy with no warning “on accident” my husband is just done. He tried to cancel and they tried to give him the run around all day about it. We finally got it canceled and now with our new company our bill is $50 CHEAPER and we added a new vehicle when starting our new policy elsewhere.
